As promised, here's our top 3 tips to avoid the daily time-blind panic!

1) Schedule everything in your calendar 30 minutes early to give yourself a buffer.

2) If you don't use a calendar, work backwards from the time you need to arrive somewhere, add an extra 30 minutes and write it down somewhere you can see it (hand or post-it note). Set an alarm to go off 10 minutes before the time you need to leave

3) Pack your bags, pick your outfit and lay it all out the night before. It might take effort but future you will be so thankful.

4) Stick to the plan! Don't get complacent if you seem to be running on time. Now is not the time to make a coffee, sit down and reply to an email or scroll! Wait until you get to where you need to be, then relax.
